How Vigo Hub handles the email you leave on its waiting list, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

What we keep
Your email address.
To know how you arrived and to prove your authorization: the language you joined in, the page you joined from, the date, and the text you accepted, with its version.
To stop repeated tries, an encrypted trace of your connection: it changes every day, cannot tell your internet address, and is deleted after 24 hours.
We do not ask for sensitive data or for children's data.
What we use it for
To let you know when access to Vigo Hub opens and to send you news about its launch. Nothing else.
We do not sell your email or share it with others for their own purposes.
How we look after it
It is kept in Vigo Hub's database, on Supabase's servers in the United States; the site runs on Vercel. Only the controller can see the list.
If we write to you, we will do it through an email service (today, Resend), and every email will let you ask us to stop writing.
Your rights
Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012 you can know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of your authorization; be told how we use it; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; revoke your authorization and ask us to delete your data; and access it free of charge.
How to use them
Write to hello@vigohub.ai or call +57 301 253 8357, and tell us what you are asking for and which email you joined with. Asking us to delete your data is free.
We answer questions within 10 working days at most; if we cannot, we tell you why and answer within 5 more working days at most. We handle claims within 15 working days at most, extendable by up to 8 more working days telling you why; if your claim is missing something, we ask you for it within the following 5 days.
How long we keep it
While the waiting list exists, or until you ask us to delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change it, we publish it here with its new date. If what we use your email for changes, we will ask for your authorization again.
